National Merit Commended Scholar 2024 List 2024. The scholarship program announced wednesday more than 16,000 semifinalists nationwide. These academically talented high school seniors have an opportunity to continue in the competition for some 7,250 national merit scholarships worth nearly $28 million that will be offered next spring.

A total of 33.0% of our eligible seniors were recognized by the national merit scholarship corporation, including 17.1% named as national merit semifinalists. The release is made available here to provide information about the national merit scholarship program.
